By registering for, attending, or participating in any Yogshrishti Retreat, you (the Participant) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
A confirmed booking requires completion of the registration process and full or partial payment as specified at the time of booking.
Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
Yogshrishti Retreat reserves the right to reject or cancel a booking at its discretion.
Retreat fees must be paid according to the payment schedule provided during registration.
All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are non-negotiable.
Any bank fees, transaction charges, or currency conversion costs are the responsibility of the participant.
Participant Cancellation:
Deposits are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, depend on the timing of the cancellation and will be clearly communicated prior to booking.
No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused services.
Organizer Cancellation:
If Yogshrishti Retreat cancels the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, force majeure), participants will be offered a refund or credit toward a future retreat.
Yogshrishti Retreat is not responsible for travel costs, flight cancellations, or personal expenses.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically and mentally fit to participate in yoga, meditation, and other retreat activities.
Any medical conditions, injuries, dietary needs, allergies, or mental health considerations must be disclosed prior to the retreat.
Yogshrishti Retreat instructors do not provide medical advice and are not responsible for injuries resulting from non-disclosure or failure to follow instructions.
Participation is voluntary, and each participant assumes full responsibility for their own health and safety.
Yoga, wellness, and retreat activities involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Yogshrishti Retreat, its facilitators, staff, and partners are not liable for personal injury, illness, loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
Participants agree to release and hold harmless Yogshrishti Retreat from any claims arising from participation.
Participants are expected to act respectfully toward instructors, fellow participants, staff, and the retreat environment.
Harassment, discrimination, substance abuse, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.
Yogshrishti Retreat reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior compromises safety, harmony, or the integrity of the retreat—without refund.
Participants must follow all rules and guidelines of the retreat venue, accommodations, and local authorities.
Any damage to property caused by a participant will be their financial responsibility.
Shared spaces should be used mindfully and respectfully.
Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements, visas, passports, insurance, and compliance with local laws.
Travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations is strongly recommended.
Yogshrishti Retreat may capture photos or videos during the retreat for promotional or educational purposes.
By attending, participants consent to the use of this media unless they notify the organizers in writing prior to the retreat.
Personal photography should respect the privacy of others.
Yogshrishti Retreat is not responsible for delays, changes, or cancellations caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
The retreat schedule, teachers, or activities may be adjusted if necessary.
Any changes will maintain the overall spirit and value of the retreat experience.
