About Sarah

Sarah is a yoga instructor, technical writer, and poet at heart who guides practices rooted in self-exploration and inner connection. What began as a physical practice in 2020 quickly became a pathway to emotional grounding, self-discovery, and spiritual depth.

Her classes are intentionally crafted as spaces to turn inward, blending movement with breath-work, meditation, mantra, and reflection. With a deep love for exploring sensations within different poses, she guides students to connect with their breath as a tool for awareness, regulation, and release. Through intentional pacing and thoughtful cueing, each practice becomes an opportunity to slow down, listen deeply, and meet yourself more honestly.

Through themes of self-trust, surrender, and expression, Sarah encourages students to hold what arises, process emotions with compassion, and gently let go. Her classes often weave in questions and reflections that invite deeper inquiry, allowing students to explore both their inner world and their relationship to it. Known for her calming presence and meaningful messaging, she creates an environment where students feel seen, supported, and deeply connected.

In this retreat, Sarah will guide you back to yourself, inviting you to reconnect with your inner power, soften into your truth, and remember who you are beneath the noise.
